I’ve been punting on Tenobet since about the spring, and I reckon I’ve got enough experience to actually comment. Found it off a mate of mine who was chasing a site with proper game coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is pretty huge — about 3,000+ games by my count, with the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Personally I grind Sweet Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza, which both run fine on mobile browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which I’ve dabbled in for footy, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. To check current promos, have a look at tenobet if you’re curious. Min deposit’s a tenner, signing up took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half in my experience. Cards work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; Visa took a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — it took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, so it’s browser only. Works fine on my phone though I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets a bit slow in the evenings. Support’s fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies read like templates. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
